I’m Noah Dean. I’m a husband, business owner, author, and speaker—but more than that, I’m someone who believes deeply in personal responsibility and ownership. My life and work have been shaped far more by mistakes, pressure, and real-world consequences than by theory. I’ve learned that growth rarely comes from comfort and almost never comes from blame-shifting.

Like most people, my path hasn’t been linear. I’ve had wins I didn’t fully deserve and failures I absolutely owned. Business, faith, and leadership have all taught me the same lesson: responsibility is unavoidable. You can either carry it intentionally—or be crushed by it unintentionally. Over time, I found myself drawn to conversations about purpose, stewardship, and what it means to live and lead well in a chaotic world. That’s what eventually led me to writing, speaking, and deeper conversations with others navigating the same questions.

I hosted the podcast How to Be 40, a candid exploration of faith, work, family, aging, and responsibility. The show wasn’t about having all the answers—it was about asking better questions and being honest about the season of life we’re in. It's a faith-based podcast dedicated to the "attempt to delineate what it means to transition from juvenile thinking and behavior to genuine maturity." With everything from history to pop culture to personal anecdotes, HTB40 has something to offer any listener.
